30 minutes of working out everyday for 30 days

A friend of mine and I decided last week that we would workout 30 minutes a day for 30 days. We both have several reasons but the most important is to become more healthy. I am a 35 year old black woman and I am 232.8  pounds as of my weigh in today. Yes I want to look better, be sexy for my husband and even wear a swimsuit this summer. But what’s most important is to live better. I have gained over 40 pounds in the
past 4 years and I can feel it… in my feet, in my bones, even in my sex life. I want to live a full and healthier life. So I want to share my journey with you!
